This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the mibox88 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mibox88 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Continued use of the platform after any update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. mibox88 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and mibox88. Keep a copy for your reference.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mibox88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in order to comply with platform security procedures. Accounts found to be using false information will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place within their account, including any transactions, bets, games, or communications made through it.
Users are required to keep their account password secure and must not share their login credentials with any other party. mibox88 will never ask for your password via email or through any unofficial channel.
Users agree to use the mibox88 platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:
All financial transactions on the mibox88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Mibox88 supports recognised payment methods including local bank transfers, Boost eWallet, and GrabPay. Deposit processing time is between 1–15 minutes depending on the chosen method. For withdrawals, processing takes 1–3 business days after the request is received and verified.
Minimum deposit RM 20 via eWallet. Near-instant processing for Boost and GrabPay.
All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and may take 1–3 business days to process.
All transactions are encrypted. mibox88 does not store credit card details directly in its systems.
Mibox88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for large amounts.
Mibox88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical issues, network failures, or system outages.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, and mibox88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through activities conducted on the platform.
All content on the mibox88 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of mibox88 and is protected under intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. mibox88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access those links at their own risk.
Mibox88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, false registration information, use of multiple accounts, or upon request from the relevant authorities. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and no breach is confirmed.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the mibox88 support team via email. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Mibox88 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mibox88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, users agree to resolve the dispute through the designated channels in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
